This sushi bagel combines smoked salmon, cream cheese, and fresh vegetables between two toasted bagels to make a new take on traditional sushi flavors. Ingredients:
Instructions:Slice the bagel in half horizontally and lightly toast it Spread cream cheese on each half of the bagel Layer smoked salmon, cucumber slices, and avocado slices on top of the cream cheese on one half of the bagel Sprinkle sesame seeds over the avocado slices Place the other half of the bagel on top to form a sandwich Wrap the bagel tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld Remove from the refrigerator and unwrap the bagel Using a sharp knife, slice the bagel sandwich into bite-sized pieces Serve with pickled ginger, soy sauce, and nori strips on the side |
